mofaflex.tl.msigdb_list_categories(dbver='2024.1.Hs')

List available MSIGDB categories for the given database version.

Parameters:

dbver (str (default: '2024.1.Hs')) – Version of the MSIGDB molecular signature database. Can be obtained by calling msigdb_list_versions().

Return type:

list[str]
